Accessing the website

The website is hosted by STRATO. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes the connection and log data that is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and identify technical errors. This website does not include external analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. The application does not set non-essential cookies on its publicly accessible pages. A consent banner is therefore not used.

Free financing check

Depending on the type of advice you select, we process the details you enter about property or mortgage financing, refinancing or a personal loan. These include the approximate amounts relevant to your enquiry, its current stage and intended timescale, your postcode, broad employment situation, contact details, and any optional preferred appointment or message.

The check does not request identity documents, bank statements, proof of income or full property documents. It does not make an automated lending decision.

Financing check and preparation of your consultation

Once submitted, your details are stored in a structured database and displayed to Lars in a protected administration area. An internal priority value is used only to prepare and order personal follow-up based on completeness, timing, the type of enquiry and any preferred appointment. It does not result in an automated lending decision or automatic rejection.

Recipients and technical operation

Only Lars Meinert can access consultation enquiries in the protected administration area. The details from the financing check are stored there in a structured format for personal follow-up. For each new enquiry, the website sends only the type of advice, the project type and an internal classification (cold, warm or hot) to a Google Apps Script operated in Lars' Google account. The script then sends a notification to Lars. Contact details, financing amounts and other details from the check are not included in that notification. The notification is used solely for timely personal follow-up and not for marketing.

Email and WhatsApp contact options are provided as external links. Only if you open such a link and send a message yourself will the communication services used by you and the recipient process the data required for that communication. The website does not embed these services and does not automatically send them the information entered in the financing check.

Retention and your rights

Connection and log data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the service securely. Consultation enquiries are kept while the enquiry is handled and afterwards only to the extent required by applicable retention obligations. The specific periods for production operation will be set with the providers used there.
